Lifetime Maintenance

In the Pre-Maintenance phase of Atkins you found your Critical Carbohydrate Level for Maintenance (CCLM). In the Lifetime Maintenance phase you keep your carbohydrate consumption at or below this level and determine strategies to help you do so, for a lifetime. Returning to your old levels of carbohydrate consumption and you will start to gain weight.
