Drink Plenty of Water

Atkins suggests drinking 8 eight oz. glasses of water a day. That’s ½ a gallon or about 1.8 liters. This will keep you hydrated and help you flush out the by-products of burning fat. Additionally this will add moisture to your stool helping you to avoid constipation.
