Life Long Changes

This diet is not something you stop doing once you achieve your target weight. Keeping the weight off requires permanent changes in eating habits. Different people may tolerate different amounts of carbohydrates in their diet before they start to gain weight again but you can make simple permanent changes  that make a world of difference such as:

  • Drink water instead instead of soda, fruit juice, sport drinks, ets. These things are very sweet and end up making some people hungry.
  • Hold the fries, always. Potatoes are everywhere! Get used to asking the waiter to substitute something else instead or skip the portion all together.
